The workshop includes six hours on ethics and 12 hours on HIV/AIDS and other communicable diseases. The courses and additional workshop constitute the 180 hours of substance abuse specific education mandated by the Board, and together cover all of the competencies needed for licensure in substance abuse practice. |Students must also be under the direct supervision of a NCSAPPB approved supervisor (CCS/CSI).
