How do I download and listen to an audiobook on a computer?
A few important things to know:
- You can checkout a maximum of ten (10) audiobooks at any given time.
- You can access the audiobook for 21 days.
- You can copy the audiobook to two additional portable listening devices. Audiobooks do NOT play on iPods or Macs.
- Audiobooks can be renewed at any point by logging into your account. A renewal provides you with an additional 21 days of access from the date of renewal.

Our audiobooks are available through NetLibrary. You will need to create a free NetLibrary account.
DOWNLOAD
We recommend downloading audiobooks with the Firefox browser. The directions below are written for Firefox. Internet Explorer directions are also available.

- Note the Estimated Download Time. Depending on the size of the book you choose to download, this can range from a couple of minutes to half an hour or more.
- If you would like to listen to the audiobook on the computer to which you are downloading, you can click the smaller, faster downloading "Checkout and Download Radio Quality."
- If you would like to transfer the audiobook from the computer to a portable media player, click "Check Out & Download CD Quality".

- Login using your NetLibrary Username and Password. If you haven't yet created your free account, you can do that here as well.

- A window will open, asking you to choose between opening and saving the file. Click next to "Save to Disk".

- Save the audiobook file. Depending on how you have your copy of Firefox set up, you will see where the file has downloaded. This shows the audiobook being saved to the Desktop.

LISTEN NOW
- If you want to listen to the audiobook right after downloading it, click Open in the Download Window.

- A license agreement window will pop up. Enter your Username and Password.
- Windows Media Player will open. Click Play to start the audiobook.

- ENJOY!
LISTEN LATER
- You can also downloaded your audiobook, but wait to listen to it at another time.
- To play it, go to your Desktop.
- Double-click on the icon for the audiobook.

- A license agreement window will pop up. Enter your Username and Password.
- Windows Media Player will open. Click Play to start the audiobook.
