Frequently a professor will "reserve" books, articles, notes, past tests, etc. for use by a class. Some of these materials are available through your computer and others must be used in the library.

Problems?
Most problems are caused by either not having the latest Adobe Acrobat plug-in or not using your correct ID number. The Adobe Acrobat plug-in is free for Windows XP or Mac OSX and here are further instructions for downloading.
If updating to the most recent version of Adobe Acrobat does not resolve your problem, or you are still having trouble with your ID number, contact the Reserves Desk at (828)227-3402 from 8am to 5pm Monday through Friday, or the Circulation desk at (828)227-7485 any time during library hours.
